In the heart of the Balagne mountains, In one of the island's mildest regions lies the traditional village of Olmi Cappella where four generations of the Casanova family have worked at the ovens of their biscuit factory using the recipes of their ancestors - the only recipes to give biscuits are made using mineral water from the mountains of the Tartagine forest - a region where there is a real taste for traditional products. These authentic tastes and flavours make our biscuits truly wonderful to eat!
